Workplace

Critical to the functioning of an organisation is the range of stakeholders that influence or are influenced by your work. The use of stakeholder engagement (both internal and external), the types of stakeholders (customers, clients, suppliers, staff, civil society, investors, etc.) you engage with and how successful that might be, the consideration of workplace rights such as equal opportunities and learning and education, and the quality of your governance processes, are all important aspects of this category. Also covered might be issues such as workplace considerations further down the supply chain (child labour, forced labour, Health & Safety in supplier factories, etc.), quality of life, human resource programmes and ethics programmes. The purpose of this category is to showcase ways organisations can demonstrate strongly responsible people focused successes.
